UHaul UBox Issues - UBox


I recently moved from Texas to Pennsylvania. I was so excited that UHaul had an option called Ubox to move my things. I arranged for my Ubox a month in advance. From the beginning they had issues coordinating with me to deliver the Ubox. They ended up delivering it a day early because this was convienent to their schedule. Charges were put on my credit card and then disappeared and then reappeared again. There is no tracking system to track your Ubox. The employees from store to store also do not seem versed on how to track a Ubox. The wait times to get a hold of an employees are long, sometimes up to thirty minutes. When you do get in contact with someone they always need to call you back to answer your questions. It is not a comforting feeling not knowing where your stuff is and when it will be delivered. I am already dreading the scheduling of deliving the Ubox to my new location and when it will be picked up. I would not use UHaul Ubox again for a move.
